Hey everyone!
In my efforts to really start going BEYOND the math I am going to include more than just basketball. I will let you in more and I feel this is a great way to start doing that.
Let me share my 101 in 1001 journey with you and offer some tips to help you kickstart your own adventure!
What is a 101 in 1001 days
Picture this: You've got 101 goals to nail in 1001 days. Sounds like a tall order, right? But trust me, it's not as overwhelming as it seems. Let's break it down together and discover how achievable it really is!
You don't need to aim for massive goals; even small ones are great. As someone who struggles with procrastination, I believe every little win counts and is worth celebrating.
1001 days? That's just over 2.7 years or 143 weeks. Score a goal a week, and you're ahead of the game!
You can dive into these lists whenever you're ready. No need to wait for Monday or the new year. I took my time thinking through what to include, then jotted it all down. Feel free to tackle it your way, whenever it suits you.
Creating a list of 100 goals might seem daunting, and that's understandable! But don't worry, I've got some great tips to help you craft your own.
1. Don't do it all in one go.
Jot down ideas over a few days and let your daily routine reveal your goals and tasks, making it easier to tackle what you want to achieve.
2. Break it down into categories.
I've organized my list into sections like entertainment and travel. This approach doesn't just make writing it easier; it also simplifies figuring out what to tackle next.
3. Don't set unrealistic goals.
We all dream of hitting the jackpot, but let's face it, it's not the most realistic goal. Keep pushing for those achievable wins!
4.The small things are just as important as the big ones.
Learning to cook a specific dish can be just as rewarding as shedding that extra winter weight... even if they might seem at odds!
5.You might not hit every goal, but don't let that stop you from giving it your all!
We all love those quick wins, but the real payoff comes from sticking it out for the long haul!
6. Put yourself first.
This is YOUR list of goals. A 101 list can be your secret playbook for personal growth.
